I was introduced to yoga through family but developed a deeper practice through a 200H yoga teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa in Goa, India. With yoga I learned practical tools that gave me the ability to turn inwards, move with awarness and cultivate a sense of calm that extends far beyond the mat and into day-to-day life. Sharing these ancient tools is a source of joy. I have taught yoga, meditation and breathwork at social centres, migrant and refugee organisations and LGTBQ+ youth groups.

My classes are focused on connecting movement with breath & alignment. Sessions are rooted in yoga philosophy, and aim to cultivate a deeper connection with the body, and through this, a deeper connection with the world around you. I strive to make classes welcoming, warm & inclusive.

What you can expect from classes:

  • grounding/ intention setting
  • asana (physical postures)
  • pranayama (breathwork)
  • short meditation
